Prior to move-in, our team completes a detailed inspection to ensure your home is professionally cleaned, functional, and move-in ready. This includes testing appliances, checking plumbing, and addressing any maintenance concerns.

No, you do not need to be present. If you submit a service request and give us permission to enter, our technician will complete the work and leave a service summary in the Tech Notes of your online service request.

Yes, we have a dedicated on-site maintenance team available to address your service needs during business hours, with emergency maintenance available after hours.

You can submit a service request through the resident portal or contact the leasing office directly during office hours.

If you are locked out during office hours, our team can assist you. After hours, a locksmith would need to be contacted to regain entry to your home.

Amenities

Yes, we allow one vehicle per resident. Parking is first come first serve for guests. We have reserved parking options and garages available for residents. Please contact the leasing office for details on availability, vehicle registration, and any applicable fees.

We offer a variety of amenities including a pool, fitness center, a sauna, an expansive clubroom with a serving kitchen, a Full Swing golf simulator, two pet parks, outdoor grilling areas, fire pits and more. Please visit our website or leasing office for the full list.

Pool is open seasonally but pool deck is open year round. Exact hours may vary and will be posted on-site.

Yes! We are a pet-friendly community with designated pet areas. Breed and weight restrictions may apply—please contact us for more information.

Our standard appliances include a refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, and in-unit washer and dryer. Other appliances may be included depending on floor type.

We accept ACH or Credit Card payments through our online portal. WIPS is an alternative.

Yes. We require 100,000 personal liability per household. We accept 3rd party coverage as long as we are listed as the Interested Party. We offer Foxen Liability coverage.

Our internet provider is through White Sky. 1G of internet is included in your monthly smart bundle.

We understand circumstances change. Early lease termination options are available with applicable fees, as outlined in your lease agreement.

We set up water/sewage, internet, trash removal, pest control. The only thing needed from you is electricity through Nashville Electric Service.
