A welcoming environment

At Sterling Nashville West, we’re committed to creating a welcoming environment where both residents and their pets can thrive. To support a safe, respectful, and pet-friendly community, we partner with a trusted third-party service, Pet Screening, to manage all pet and animal information.

Every resident—whether you have a pet or not—is required to complete a Pet Screening profile. This helps ensure a consistent, transparent approach that promotes responsible pet ownership across the community. For those with pets, each animal must be registered and approved individually to maintain the highest standards of care and accountability.

Our goal is to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all. For details regarding fees and requirements, our leasing team is always happy to assist, as pricing and guidelines may vary.

A home of comfort

A "home of comfort" often includes the comfort of a loving pet. Our community is pet-friendly & offers pet perks for our four-legged residents. Pets must be commonly recognized as an accepted domestic pet and must be spayed or neutered. Residents are responsible for having dogs leashed at all times and cleaning up after their pets. Aggressive breeds are strictly prohibited. Stop by the office to learn about specific pet policies.
